We are working daily so that we will be out of the mAHWAH store by APRIL 1....its amazing how many things we are digging up that we thought were long gone...Packing and schlepping....and not enough room to put things from one store to another..what is left we will put in auction....in NY state.. Its sad....but I should have done this 7 years ago...and would have saved 350,000 dollars...and wouldnt have owed anyone anything...
OK...the following reciope is for a soup....then drain the veggies.....and see what happens. I can of dice tomaotes; half head of cabbage, two onions coursely chopped, 5 or 6 stalks of celery, half of a rutabaga or one large white and purble turnip, 8 cloves of garlic, cup of cilantro fresh (washed and chopped) two carrots,(optional)if using for a diet recipe..tablespoon of worchestshire sauce, hit of tobasco,(hold salt until the end)
Take a tablespoon of curry powder, teaspoon of cinnamon, and saute in a tablespoon of your favorite oil..for a minute or two.... then add to the veggies. Add water to cover everything.....and cook slowly until veggies are soft....Add more water..and adjust spices....and then add salt to taste.....
To use as a curry over rice (or no rice if on a diet) drain the veggies, put in a powl and add to each serving one to two tablespoons of sour cream. And you will have an incredible delicious veggie curry..... Or eat as a soup...with very few calories, you can eat this soup all day....
