GAINED A NEW FOLOWER...ON MY BIRTHDAY ...BUT I KNOW i HAVE MANY THAT READ IT......

WELL, I NOW HAVE ONE MORE FOLLOWER WHO SIDENED UP AND CLICKED THE MAGIC BUTTON, BUT I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT MANY OF MY CUSTOEMRS READ THE BLOG, ARE ARE NOT OFFICIALLY SIGNED UP.!!! TODAY I AM A YEAR OLDER THAN YESTERDAY....WELL, ONLY A DAY, BUT NO LONGER 67 BUT NOW 68. AND ALTHOUGH, VIGAGRA IS NOT ONE OF MY PERSCRIPTIONS.....ITS GOOD TO KNOW THEY MAKE IT NOW IN POWDER FORM, AND CAN PUT IT IN A SALT SHAKER AND SPRINKLE IT ON FOOD..IF NEED BE! dONT NEED IT DONT WANT IT, BUT LIKE HAVING LIFE PERSERVERS ON AN OCEAN LINER, ITS GOOD TO KNOW ITS AVAILABLE.
SPEAKING OF FOOD...IA MGOING OUT TODINNER TONIGHT WITH MY SISTER AND BROTHER INLAW AND THEIR KIDS AND GRANDCHILDREN.....MY GRAND NEICE AND NEWPHEW.....PHEW...THAT MEANS i AM GETTING OLD. BUT I STILL AM A VERY NAUGHTY PERSON...AND HOPE TO BE NAUGHTY INTO MY NINETIES....I HAVE RELATIVES ON BOTH SIDES OF THE FAMILIES THAT LIVES INTO THEIR LATE NINETIES AND AUNT BECKY, FLEW ON HER BROOM UNTIL SHE WAS 104!!!HAUNTED ALL THE FAMILY.....I THINK WHAT KILLED HER WAS THAT SHE COULDNT UPSET ANYONE ANYMORE......
AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT..THE GODS SENT A LOT OF PEOPLE TO THE STORE TODAY, AND WE HAD ONE HEAVY HITTER WHO SPENT A LOT....IF THE GODS READ MY BLOG..THANKS......!

HUNGARIAN RECIPE FOR "PALACHINTA" HUNGARIAN CREPES... MAKE THE CREPES THEMSELVES LIKE ANY OTHER CREPE....MAKING THE BATTER VERY THIN, NOT MUCH THICKER THAN WATER...FOR BEST RESULTS....THE FILLING AND SAUCE IS THE TRICK HERE....
I USED HALF CREAMCHEESE AND HALF RICOTTA...IN A BLENDER...ADD A LITTLE SOUR CREAM OF YOGURT TO THINK IF NEED BE. ADD SUGAR OR SPENDEA TO TASTE, CINNAMON AND RUM FLAVORING. BEAT, BUT TO TO THIN. THAT IS THE BASIC RECIPE...BUT YOU CAN USE VANILLA INSTEAD OF RUM, OR ALMOND FLAVORING....
YOU CAN USE AS IS OR ADD CHOPPED FRUIT OR NUTS, OR JAM, THEN SMEAR ALL OVER THE PANCAKE AND ROLL UP. SPRAY WITH WHIPPED CREAM FORM THE CAN OR YOU CAN MAKE AN INTERESTING SAUCE.....FROM CANNED CHERRIES, APRICOT FILLING(CANNED) APPLES, FRESH OR CANNED. OR ANY FRUIT.... BEAT THE FRUIT WITH A SPOON FULL OF BRANDY, SUGAR IF NEEDED...HEAT AND PLACE ON TOP OF THE PANCAKE.....YOU CAN ADD SOME MORE WHIPPED CREAM ON TOP. YOU CAN TAKE ORANGE JUICE, A LITTLE ORANGE FLAVORED LIQUOR AND THICKEN WITH CORN STARCH(HEAT OVER LOW FLAME) FOR A GREAT TOPPING SAUCE,.... ANOTHER GREAT SAUCE ..USE WHOLE CRANBERRY SAUCE THINNED OUT WITH ORANGE OR CRANNBERY JUICE, A FLAVORED LIQUOR....BEAT WHILE HEATING INTO A SAUCE TO YOUR FAVORITE CONSISTENCY......
