Pain,Drs,Veteransday,SOUP,Stream OF Consiousness
The pain in the knee(leg) has increased to the point that I really cant walk without a cane. I am going to the Dr tomorrow to ask for a quik ananysys and then a prescription for exrays, or MRI or cat scan.......and myh legs are getting thicker which can indicated congestive heart failure...which lickily doenst run in my family.....the problem just might this discusting cold cememnet floor...SUrprisingly I am not the least bit worried. I just would hope that my expoeration date wouldnt be up until I finish my poetry books and novel.
omorrow is Veterans day. Time for us all to reflect of what veterans of the world have sacrificed for us.....goingback to the Revolutionary war...till the present...Saldly enought, if you study history and eocnomicsn, its always the aristocracy(RICH) who enourage the war to facilitate their empires of wealth. Bush and HIs OIL, Cheney and his HALLEBURTON...and going badck to the American REVOLUTION we had JOHN HANCOCK, starting the American Revolution to get ENGLAND and their high taxes off his ass...He was the richest man in America....and started the SONS of LIBERTy, the COloniss Al Queda of the day....Thwe American Revolution was won by the colonists. and increased the wealth of MR HANDCOCK and others.

AS I type now, there is a cook cooking in the micro wave. It will be a curried cauliflour,potaote with a dab of sour cream...parsely,onion, curry powder, a hint of nutmegm a clove of garlice, and adobo....WHen all cooked and soft..I will put it thru the blender to make it creamy and thick....
I was going to start a stream of counsciousness thing comparing religon, but running out of speed.

Xmas Carols &ads, Snail COuc COUS,Impossible customers&pain
I aleady have heard Xmas songs, Smas Ads, and other references to the holidaies... It really started while we were still in OCtober.....but I kept forgetting to write about it.. Am I too ciritial, or does such an early begining take the excitment and feeling out of the holiday.????
I think if it was for the Religous aspect...the spiritual aspect..I would not be kvetching about it.. Evn though I am JEWISH, I repsect the teachings...and attiude of Jesus..where he lived or not isnt even important...but who ever create the message attribute to him...had great ideas...If the world would only adhere to them.
But hearing the WALMART and LOWES JINGLES in October....doesnt nothing for my spiritual sensitivity. Jesus,Mary and Joseph and the Wise men...had nothing to do with Toasters and Ipods and Wiis and computers nad HD TVS...
Tonight I created a new dish, based on some old ingredients....Snail COUS COUS. Now do not say yeech...until you try it...Cook a cup of cous cous according to the directrions..put aside. Melt 1/4 pound of butter. Add salt and pepper, cinnamon, chopped parsely and two cloves of grated garlic. Sautee in a pan on a low flame, untill the garlic is soft,but not burned. Put in a can of snails and cook until they are warm. Add a few tablespoon of chicken broth, pour of warmed cous cous..and top with finely chopped parsely.....you might want to add a bit of hot sauce... And that is it...Its great.
I am really getting to be a real bitch. I have no patience for people. Two old farts in theri 80's wanted to buy a nite stand. Nothing was good enough....when they finally found one, $150 dollars was "way too much money''''''we ony wnat to put stuff in it" well, isnt what one does with the nite stand..? Then they picked out a solid brass torch lamp for 90 dollars...which was astronimcialy too much for them..and these epople were rich..They were dressed incredibly, and her diamonds reminded me of one of our chandliers.....
Another woman, wanted a table for her son (who was forty and still breast fed) I think....She picked out a table from the late 1600's/early 1700's..And the price almost caused a coronary. JOhn gave her a tour of the store....She then found a very nice bamboo and black laquer and enameled magazine rack for 145...which was rediculous,, even though it was from 1870. I mentioned an inexpensive Dinette et in MAHWAH that was within her budget.....she said I should go get it in MAHWAH and bring it to HOHOKUS...then she would look at it..she had not time to go to MAHWAH ..which was only 8 minutes away...this bitch was a nasty nasty woman, very self important.
But the higlite of nastyness of the day was this Woman Dr who came to the last auction.....the one who offered 500 for a ten thousand dollar rug...and when I said no, we need 1000, she nastily said "well then keep it"
Well today was two weeks since the auction. Shew bouht a fabulous mirror that came form up the street.....from an estate. SHe came back saying "YOU put tape on the mirror" She pulled out the mirror, and I saw that there was gold and paint missing for the frame..now she picked p this mirror in daylight..and the missing gold and paint was not missing when she left.
She obviously pulled off tape which dmamged the mirror..SHe shuld have used a product to melt the gooey stuff...called" GOOF OFF. T When I said we didnt put any tape on the mirror(which we didnt) shw started screaming "ARE YOU ACCUSING ME" I only said they are not out mirriors and we didnt put anything on it... They she yelled it was my job to tell the people there was a piece of tape on the mirror"I explained that that isnt the job of the auctioneer....people are supposed to check out the merch and then bid what they feel its worth.....she didn bother comeing early enought to check things out....The terms of auction is people buy things where is , as is..all sales final......
She continued to get nasty......then said she wold never come back.....even though...she paid almsot nothing for anything... ALL she had to do was to be nice, and tell us she had a problem, and we wold have touched it up for us....but she started off on the wrong foot...NASTY>
And finally, something is wrong with my knees..maybe my feet too? I can hardly walk.The pain is very bad..MONDAY I am gong to a dr......

WEEK OF MASSACRES
corzines election was a massacre...the fat pig,corrupt chris christy..who nvery really practiced law....but his position was a gift from the BUSH ADministration for raisisng more than 6 figures for the Bush relection campaign....when CHRIS PIGGYS brother and three freinds pulled a 20 million dolalr MAdoff scheme, his brother wasnted charged at all....but his three freinds are still in jail.....other contracts to friends were made.....He ignored paying taxes, and broke so many rules......he is most propbably fronting for the MOB>
Then we have the Massacre in TEXAS..at the biggests military base inn the usa..Our so called Intelligence was watching this MUSLIM CREEP..especiallyh in his blog...he complimented suicide bombers....Not if that wants enough fro them to lock him up...not elevate him to major..What in the hell is wrong with out people..They are afraid of gays in the military.....But American SHrinks, Muslims who advocate suicide bombers.......my mind cannot compute that he wasnt kicked out....especially when he wanted TO GET OUT OF THE ARMY> THey were worried about the rights of a MUSLIM fanatic...who tgurns out to be a murderer..but didnt give a shit about GAY heros who won Purple Hearts for Bravery...and then kicked them out....Lennyh MAtlovich for example...who made the cover of TIME MAGAZINE.

I can expand this conversation...so large, it would be a few complete volumes. People....not just Americans, are all brain washed in some ways and I am sure I am included into that group..somehow.
MANS thought pattersn and valusystme is really funny....remember when people were waiting on line for 24 hours just to pay thousands for a CABBAGE PATCH DOLL, or Beanie BABIEs.....jsut a bunch of mass produced cloth dolls, made by peasants in china...Thousands of dolalrfs were spent, sleep was lost, fight fights broke out on huge lines....for parents to buy valueless pieces of shit for their kids..lwhich now are worthless.

NJ Voters are ASSHOLES-polenta pie
I am note sure if it is just NJ, or are all american assholes....Americans are complaining that OBAMA didnt fix things in less htan one year....come January.It took 8 years of the Bush assministration to destroy our economy, kill over 400 of our kids, steal 368 million for HALLEBURTON(CHENEYS COMPANY) accellerate the importation of heroin from AFganistan (that is the cia's business) and destroy the Amerian imgage all over the world....and kill over a million IRAQ men women and children...not just by bombs, but by starvation, lack of clean water, disease, and causing a civil war. The redneck Repuiblicans, the trailer traish, the Red states and the BORN AGAINS belived what Bush was doing was ok.....they werent yelling and screaming or marching in the streets.
But now, a very sincere man, who is trying his best every day....trying to heal the wounds, and polish our tranished image.....is being villlified by the press, and the assholes....instead of giving him their support, belive all the lies of the NAZI republicans, the RUSH LIMBAUGHS, TEHANNCOULTERS, and the GLEN BECKS of the world....who are the real traitors. GIVE THE MAN A CHANCE.
NOW IN NJ, Corzine,inherited a mess 4 years ago. We already had high taxes...Each municipality wanted the best schools,,,,,highly paid teachers...highly paid police..this cost money...and the citites, not the state determines the taxes. One flaming asshole said tonight on TV...she voted for the crook CHRISTY becuase the GSP tolls went up to 100....they used to be 25cents....Now I say unto that stupid woman.....yes, it was raised to 100....but that now is for both ways...you dont pay the toll on the other side,...so it really went up to 50cents....but wait....I am not 67.....the 25Cent toll was 25cents when I was in highschool...what in hell didnt go up in 50 years. YES 50 YEARS..what in hellis this bitch coomplaining about.The toll was 25cents when gas was 25cents a gallon........
CHRISTY our new GOV elect..is a crook. Polenta pie.....first prepare the following.....6 to 8 strips of crisp bacon, 6 to 8 slices of proccuito, two pimentos drained and dried and cut into strips,20 large chicken breasts sliced and beaten into cutlets.. cup of grated mozzerela cheese, cup of parkigiana cheese, 1/4 cup olive oil, large pyrex baking dish rectangular abut 2-3 in deep
coat cutlets in mixture of flour, pepper, salt and garlic powder..fry till lightly brown and put on brown paper.
Follow directions of making polenta on the corn meal package..but add some virgin oliv oil and cup of parmigiana cheese and garlic powder, black pepper,salt... When cooked, pour half the mixture into baking dish..smooth our and then place a layer of proccuito, then cheese, then chicken then chees, then pimento, and then bacon and more cheese. when all ingredients are layered... pour another layer of polenta on top of that..so all the goodies are hidden within....baked untill you see some bubbling..then let cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting and serving...it will be so delivious you might faint..This can be an enitre meal in itelsef..or serve with a pasta and a light sauce....

I thought I had seen everything...OBAMA 1 YEAR..stolen painting, new food...kvetching. compliments
A SMILING FACE ENTERED THE STORE ON SUNDAY... I new the face, but in my ferklempt condition....a valium hangover(we wil get to that later)...this happy looking person greeted me with,"I read your blog and enjoyed it" I graciously thanksed him,...and he continued to tell me things that he read n the past week or two....from memory. I wondered with all the shit that is going on in the kaka world, why would this person remmebr what I wrote...with seemingly unimportance to anyone but me?
Well, he explained, somehow he realted to it.. MY problems, my humor, by happiness and sadness..and my concern about this insignificatn planet, spinning around the universe out of control. He smile, and compliments made my day, so much more than the sales that i did make...
i do not have a counter on this blog so I dont know how many people read it...Now and then customers mention it....and usually its a woman who tried one of my recipes...and they usually said it came out...even better than they expected. But I will not take any responsibility for weight gain, or group poisoning.....I do have a few recipes tonight...if I can get through the other nonsense I have planned to write.
It is also brought o my attention, that in NYC, the largest buyers of pornography are the Hassidics.....they are such a frustrated group....marriages are still arragned, and often, the bride and groom hardly know each other... But this isnt sucj a JEWISH thing, the upper class in INDIA still do this, and in the ARAB world, this is also a custom that still thrives.... THe Match making business is still alive and well.
One last thought.. WHen the ASIAN JEWISH woman entered the house...I asked the owner, who was a DR...."am I seeing correctly?" He knew what I meant. He said "I think so" Her name was Ester ....with a Jewish last name..and she was CHINESE.." is that what you meant...YES DOCTOR......" SO I said,m "I finally met a real ORI YENTA" Even thogh he was Italian, het got the joke, and giggled.....
A quick recipe or two..... simple, and almost instand couc cous dish... Boil one up of water and add one cup of cous cous..salt and butter. Follow directions on the package. When, light and fluffy, add 1/2 cup of defrosted baby peas, a tablespoon or more of very finely chopped parsley, fresh black pepper and marroccon HARRIS sauce(ground chili)....stirr and serve. THAT IS IT.. and it is extrememly delicious. ALl fabulous tastes do not have to be cooked for hours. Thousand Island SALMON. Bake or broil fillet of salmon, and then add the folling sauce, that takes seconds to make..(OK minutes) take a cup of thousand island dressing, black pepper, half a cup of baby peas, squeeze of lemon juice, and a tablespoon of cappers, garlic powder and a hit of CINNAMON.... barely bring to a boil. Spoon hot ove the salmon..sprinkle with chopped parsely. For a quick meal, drain a can of sliced or whole potaotes, put under the broiler with butter for a few minutes and cover with same sauces as the salmon. Most of my recipes are for instant gormet meals that will fool the best chefs...
Sunday....while packing a truck in PASSAIC nj, in the middle of an Orthodox Jewisn enclave, the owner of the house, who was moving out that day, was expecting peole to ce and inspect it... Soon a woman, complete with "SHEYTLE" the wig all Orthodox Jewsh women must wear...over their shaven head" A custom that goes back to GODKNWOS when, but not the time of the BIBLE....The women was dressed typically Orthodox.....but there was one outstanding difference from her to any Orthodox, sheytle wearing women... She was Chinese or Korean!... I really couldnt help but statre to make sure that I wasnt making a mistake...I know that my eyes a getting slantier as I am getting older, and my HUngarian great grandparents looks a little ASIAN,,,(very little) but this lady was really full blown, ASIAN. I was a bit confused, becuase I didnt think the very relious married out of their faith..even if the woman would convert, take all the lessons and go to the MIKVA(cerelminial cleansing bath).
The owenr of the house was Italian, and extended his hand to shake hers,but orthodox women cannot touch another man. That is part of the religous rules...as if, it was a sexual thing,,,and shaing hands would immediately cause multiple orgasms in both people.....and the woman would run away with this man and leave her husband..... I am really so sick of stupid rules. Now with swine flu, ok,, we should maybe shake hands....but for two people to touch each other. is so human....
and we need more of this human condition...more tlaking, more touching and more understanding... Religous rules and regulations of ALL relgious are stupid, and only add to the confusion of the world.

Don do this and dont do that...this is dirty, that is evil, dont drink this with that, donet eat this or tha food. or mix them Its the same stomach and the same asshole..what is the difference what you eat and when you eat it and if you mix it or not.!!!!! The JEWS keep Kosher, the MUSLIMS eat HALAL, the BUDDISTS eat Veggitarianm and the HINDUS eat spices so strong, I am not sure that they dont burn their insides out......
ANd as strong opposed to nonsensical relgious doctrine, I am that concened with keeping the tradition alive. Am I hypocritical...I cant decide. I wouldnt want to see all the culture of ANY group disappear...maybe modified. So what if we changed ot diet, and women could shake mens hands....The wigs dont bother anyone.....and CHICKEN SOUP should live on forever, as in an ITALIAN FAMILY, the recipe for fabulous tomato :"gravy" and polenta shouldnever be lost. The beautiful hymns from the mass shouldnever beforgotten, nor the Hebrew prayers......I only would want to see the rules and regulations that separate people disappear, and the rules that torment chidlren and adults alike.....vanish. The guilt that religionlaces of people is amazing.....from simple touching another person, to masturbation, premarital sex, considering women unpure during their menstrual cycle...(this is nothing new) in Africa tribes send their women far away to live by them selves in special huts- until they are over their monthly period....this is the same mind thought, of relgious JEwish sending their women to the MIKVA during this time.. Yesterday int he store two men, one of which was a HAITAIN PAINETR with whom I had done business with before..came and bought 7 paintings. on a credit card(after bargaining my guts out)...One painting was put on the saide and to be paid in cash. When I returned from waiting on anoher customer, both the men, and all 8 paintings were gone. One unpaid for.!!!!!! aFTER LOOKING ALL OVER, BECUASE i OFEN MISPLACE THINGS... and I thank nature for having every body part attached, or else I am sure I would loose some of them........I couldnt find the eighth PAinting. I asked my bys who said he saw them carry all of them outside, and they recognized the missing one, ...and it was put in the mans car. I called the man who bought the 7, and calmly(but boiling inside)...that his friend (just for got to pay for his purchases, and Placed it on his credit card, so he didnt have to make a return trip) There was no accusation....of anykind....."and then he can save the time to return"
TOday he called and suddenly the painting that he didnt pay for ,"was a fake" well they all were fakes.....copies of famous paintings...he came to exchange it, which he did and bought one more. I refued to sell him anymore...because they bargained me to death...and I liked this one too much to give it away. The guy who forgot to pay, wanted to argue about the nautre of the incident, saying I accused him of stealing....I avoid a confrontation by saying...look, you exchanged the painting, for one you liked, its paid for...and eveyrthing is wonderful......I wouldnt let him start.Whether the incident was intentional of accidental..who knows...but it was agravating for a bit.
TOMORROW IS ERECTION DAY...and people in FORT REE New JERSEY, will hav e a large KOREAN population going out to VOTE. After they vote, they will go for a big Robster Dinner, which is traditional on ERECTION DAY I hope Corzine winds. CHRIS CHRISTY is a crooked pig......freinds of BUSH and CHENY who got him somehow into his postition of Attorney General or what ever the hell he is. HIs brother and three others screwed people like MADOFF out of 20 million. CHris Christies brother dint even get a slap on the wrist and the three others are still in JAIL.... he is a a very bad person..crooked....and evil.. oNE YEAR AGO TOMORROW.....HISTORY WAS MADE...OBAMA WAS ELECTED PRESIDENT...I REMEMBER WHEN THE RESULTS CAME IN....I CRIED LIKE A BABY....I CANNOT BELIVE ITS ONE YEAR....WHERE DID TIME GO...AND WHAT IS TIME.. is time a real thing, or an abstract concept....what is real is the aging process...that we get lder, maybe wiser....the flower goes from bud to whithered and dried rememberance....and the words to secribe this process is based on this abstract concept called time. We measure this concept, by the rotatoion of the planet.....and how many days and nights pass.....etcetc Its too late to get into this ......But Obma has been elcted now for a year....and although things may or not be better....he at least is trying to do his best,...and has a brain that he is using.
Well, he explained, somehow he realted to it.. MY problems, my humor, by happiness and sadness..and my concern about this insignificatn planet, spinning around the universe out of control. He smile, and compliments made my day, so much more than the sales that i did make...
