I JUST WANT TO VOICE MY APPROVAL HOW OUR PRESIDENT TOOK THE TIME TO VISIT AND EULOGIZE THE MINERS WHO WERE KILLED IN THE MINE DISASTER....BUSH, WOULDNT EVEN LET US SEE THE COFFINS COMING BACK FORM THE WAR, NOT PAY RESPECT TO ALL THE FAMILIES WHO LOST THEIR CHILDREN, OR LOVED ONES...LET ALONE, TAKE THE TIME OUT FOR CIVILIAN CASUALTIES. HIS HUMANITY IS SHOWING!!! AND THEN HE WENT TO NYC TO KICK ASS WITH THE WALL STREET CROOKS. HE IS TRYING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE..AND ALTHOUGH HE IS CONSTANTLY BEING BAD MOUTHED, HE STILL KEEPS ON GOING FORTH DOING WHAT HE BELIVE IS RIGHT.
WHEN I WAS IN MEXICO A BAD THING AND GOOD THING HAPPENED. MY CREW, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION SOLD WHAT THEY THOUGHT WAS A CANNON BALL, TO A GOOD CUSTOMER FOR SOMEWHERE AROUND 50.00. SUPPOSEDLY THEY SAID THEY CHECK IT OUT AND THEY WERENT WORTH TOO MUCH. THE FACT THAT THEY DIDNT KNOW HISTORY..WAS NOT IN MY FAVOR..IT WAS ENGRAVED....GETTYSBURG, BATTLE OF CEMETERY HILL.. 1863. MY DEAR...THAT IS "THE" BATTLE OF "GETTYSBURG"
WELL, ONE OF THE GUYS WAS WATCHING THE EBAY SITE OF THE CUSTOMER WHO BOUGHT IT...AND IT WENT FOR WAY OVER 5000.00DOLLARS. I MANAGED TO BE COOL, AND NOT ANGRY AT ALL.....AND I KNOW WHAT ANGER IS...ITS THAT FEELING IN THE PIT OF YOUR SOTMACH...AND YOUR HEAD AT THE SAME TIME...AND IT MAKE YOU WANT TO EXPLODE. I DIDNT HAVE THAT SENSATION AT ALL. I AM SURE, I WOULD HAVE MADE THE SAME MISTAKE, IF I OVERLOOKED THE INSCRIPTION...BUT IF I DID SEE IT, I WOULD AT LEAST ASKED 1000 FOR IT...
TODAY, THE CUSTOMER CAME IN AND I ASKED HIM WHY IT WENT FOR THAT MUCH MONEY..AND HE MENTIONED THE INSCRIPTION....HE ALSO SAID, THE MONEY HELPED HIM A LOT..HE BOUGHT A NEW HOUSE AND WAS BEHIND INPAYMENTS...HE ALSO SAID... to my surprise...it was not a cannonball at all, but an Artiliary Shell.....and whats more, it was still filled with dynamite when he bought it, 150 years later....had the store had a fire, or some other happening,,,,the entire store might have blown up. He said that he had to soak it in water for two days and then diffuse it...so the store goies, unless, its a story to defuse me....But, as I told him, I wasnt angery at all. (of course he could have thrown me 500 dollars to ease the pain!
He also bought an Eskimo carved whale vertebre....with the face of an eskimo on it for 500. I had asked 750 he bargained...and I gave in.. Well, he got 1100 on EBAY for that one .....He had told me he was going to take it home and keep it forhimself...He told me it was hanging in his room....when I replied...hmmmmmmmm bullshit, you sold it on ebay for 1100........today the story came out that his live in girlfriend was sooked by the face, his mother and aunt said it was SAtanic...and it was worthless....He and his mother and aunt made a bet...they each put in 100 dollars and he put in 100. If he sold it at a profit he woudl win the money..If he couldnt sell it at all(they said it was worthless) he would win the 200....and he won the 200...as the story goes. Maybe both stories are true and maybe fabrications aimed at making me feel better. I showed no anger...and he is still a customer......he spent 125 today.....which is good for chachkas...on a Rainy monday.
I think I mentioned that i had the most delicious icecream at NEROS in Livingston the other night..I didnt buy it...but asked the waitress why one scoop of icecream was $9.00.. Was it made from the mile of cow that lives in the Himlayas...or maybe Mink milk..... She really couldnt explain.but brought out a little for me to taste..and it was like ice cream that must have been made in heaven...the tatiest smoothest......I have ever eaten....
I went on line to see if one buys it in bulk it might be cheaper...well, 2.5 gallons deliverd from CINNCINATI is only 140.00 which comes to a little under 30 dollars for a half gallon....Haggen DAZ is about 9 or 10 dollars a half gallon.....so this is really expensive.....although it also has to be speciall crated and packed with dry ice. but i will think about this...maybe for some very special occasion, like if I can pay off all my credit cards and sales ans state taxes..it might be an occasion....to have nude dances with underwear filled with this icecream...and.....ok...my fantasies are running away with me...but you get the idea.. an occasion of major proportions....
There is a massive class action suit against WAL MART..the Nazi's of the Corporate Stores that have damamged entirue cities..and our population...who are buying inferior merchandise..from CHINA, as our cities decay...mom and pop stoes no longer exist, and many Southern and Western Topwn have become ghost towns... I wish a boycott would spread like wild fire,,,but people would rather dave a few dollars, than to do what is morally right....and save our towns, and businesses....and politicains are also to blame,,, they accept bribes, and then give them tax breaks for moving into the small towns, before thei destroy them. WALMART..GO TO HELL!!

PLEASURE! BEFORE THAT I HATED TO READ..AND I FELT THE BOOK COULD HAVE
BEEN ABOUT ME. IT WAS NOT A GREAT NOVEL LIKE "GONE WITH THE WIND",NOR
WAS HIS VOCABULARY EXTENSIVE...BUT THAT IS NOT THE POINT. PEOPLE
RELATED TO THE STYLE AND CONTENT.
AFTER THAT BOOK, I STARTED READING A LOT....AND EVENTUALLY WENT TO
COLLEGE....BECAME AN ENGLISH TEACHER..WHO TAUGHT THE STUDENTS HOW TO
LOVE TO READ...AND WHAT IS IMPORTANT AND WHAT ISNT.....
AND SINCE THEN....I HAVE BECOME A WRITER....(CANT TELL
FROM THIS POST) AND ONE BOOK HAS BEEN ACCEPT BY RANDOM HOUSE, AND WILL EVENTUALLY BECOME A MOVIE.....THANKS TO THE OLD
