Lets startwith the fight going on Craigs List.....someone is trashing us...I do not think its more than one person, unless...someone else go in on the act. SOme jealous person, and we do have an idea who it is....is saying we are crooks, we do wire fraud,(what ever that is>?) We illegay advertise on CL when one is supposed to pay...but we are allowed too, by their rules. They conocted all kinds of lies...and keep them coming....
We will find out eventually who it is and prosecute..but it is upsetting....to say the least......but this too will pass.
This summer was the worst summer....no business...no fun....nothing exciting...7days a week in the store trying to make sales to pay the bills that continue to pile up...then we had a heat wave to make things worse...then to ad insult to injury. the cities....or county decided to dig up maple ave, from JUNE 3 to the end of JULY......So depression is based on reality....no mental issues.another year went by with no vacation....I had wanted to go to HUNGARY to visit my GOD SHILD and dear freinds SUSAN and Frank...and BENNO, who moved to HUNAGRY from HOLLAND.....but it wasnt possible....
And when depressed, as usual, I eat and cook. So tongiht I will share two new items of culinary delishousness..... I made a salald of fresh Jersey tomatoes...lettuce and a package of genuine fake lobster bites...The sauce was made with diet mayonaisse, crushed tomaotes, fresh garlie grated, mint,sale, pepper, a little vinegar....I poured the sauce over the entiure salad and tossed it....The after taste...of garlic....and mint..is so unusual.....and so good.
Muffins from heaven....oy... I took a box of Philsbury 50% reduced sugar....Devils FOOD Mix. I added half an apple chopped up.....and a small container of raspberries.... Followed directions on the box. The taste is heavenly.....try it.
