We have just helped open a new Antique and Design store in Westwood...called Arlene And ALlisons. For those of you who do not know....Arlene is my sister and Allison is her daughter....and my niece....
It is anexprimental store....3500ft on two levels,,,with a very dramatic wide staircase for making Hollywood "type entrances"..with floor lenght owns with three hundred petticoats left over from GOne with the wind...(mine is still at the cleaners (Lol)...of course is wasted...because the stairs lead to a basement...although carpeted, and fitted with spot lights for a gallery look...it hardly warrants such a staircase behitting movie stars....unless, i am qucikly discovered as a major talent (everyone really knows I am a star..only Hollywood doenst)
The store is about 35 geet wide, with two super large windows..that we put room settings to attract the public...and they are coming in...although, they are not buying that much yet, its only two weeks....it takes time...I will post photos..soon here....I am doing the post from my house in WAYNE, where I do not have my regular computer and camera set up....The place looks really beautiful......and JOHN is very happy there schmoozing with all the ladies that come in..
July 4th...234 years of Democracy, although....they wanted to crown George Washington KING, but he was smart enough to refuse.....He accepted the Presidentcy....inNYC...where tonight, the firework illuminate the skyline, non existant in his time, but the HUDSON they was there flowing out to the sea, as it does to night. But then Beavers, deer,raccons,rabbits, maybe even bears roamed the Isalnd, although we do have the weasels still running amuck in the City Hall and other offices of government.
I dont think Washington neaver dreamed that the country would expnd from coast to coast, that we would invade Mexico and annex on Texas...and 234 years later, call the people from there..illegal aliens....,slander them, jail them, hate them and accuse them as being subhuman and not worthy of citizens, yet the hypocrites still hire them, abuse them, pay them illegal wages..cheat them......wehn in reality..they are the DNA blood relatives of our Native American...who we also abuse...(we used to kill them in a true Halocaust, and then hohnor them by herding them into a reservation, and naming States,cities,and streets after their dead...HOW NICE OF US!
General Washington could also never have dreamed how powerful this nation would become.....A hundred years later, the world had an INDUSTRIAL Revolution....and we became masters of the world...George Never could have dreamed of WW1 and TWO....THe atomic bomb, jet planes...laser wapons, smart bombs, and trips to mars and beyond...He owuld not have agreed...to INvade IRAQ or Afganistan...killing innocents for oil and drugs....Although JOHN HANCOCK, who financed the SOns of LIBERTY was the richest man in America.....and maybe....the HALLERBURTON of HIS time....but he was a good man....who wanted freedom for the American COLONIES< but all not colonists mided the BRITISH rule....and their high taxes..Half the people in the Colonies didnt want a war....as today...more than half the people do not want a war...to kill their kids and waste all our tax dollars....Yes we have terrorisn..but we hve it because the BUSH FAMILY and teh oil copany killed over a million Arabs....in the quest for EXXON MOBILS for new supply of oil..and HAllebturnes 368 billion dollar contract for the war.....(before it was declared) and of course, their man in Washington, was teh VICE PRESIDENT CHENEY...former CEI (surprised>)!
In American tonight the rokets of firewirks colorfully light up the sky in a rainbow fantasy, but across the Oceans, reall rockets explode, and people die and are burned and maimed..Our children and innocent residents..upon whose head we thrust this war,,,,,because of the lies of GEORGE BUSH and company...That weapopns of mass destructions were there....non were every found..BUT THERE ARE THERE NOW...IN OUR HANDS,....AND IN THE HANDS OF AL QUEDA...WHO WAS NOT THERE BEFORE...THEY CAME IN TO FIGHT US.....FOR WHAT WE DID TO THEIR PEOPLE. IN THENAME OF DEMOCRACY.....AND IN THIS NAME,PEOPLE AREBEINGMURDERED EVERY DAY..NOW,,,,,CRAZY MOSLEMS ARE KILLING EACH OTHER FOR CONTROL.
N THIS DAY.. I PRAY TO THE GREAT SPIRIT,WHO IS PROBABLY NOT LISTENING.....THAT HE PROTECT OUR PEOPLE THERE TO DO WHAT THEY THOPUGHT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO...OUR SOLDIERS ARE SUPER PATRIOTS....I SUPPORT THEM, AND WANT THEM HOME SOON AND IN ONE PIECE. THEY, LIKE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE HAVE BEEN DUPED BY THE POLITICIANS AND BIG BUSINESS...WHO DONT GIVE A SHIT FOR THE PEOPLE......AND AS WILLIAM LEDERER WROTE LONG AGO..IN"A NATION OF SHEEP"....WE ARE A NATION OF SHEEP....AND BELIVE ANYTHING WE READ.....AND LISTEN TO ANYTHING WE HEAR....AND IF THE LIE IS LARGE ENOUGH...IT WILL BECOME REALITY.....JUST LIKE ADOLPH HITLER;S REGIME DID IN WW2....THAT IS WHY HORRIBLE TRAITORS LIKE RUSH LIMBAUG, GLENN BECK, ANN"HOURSE FACE' COULTER...AND FOX NEWS......ARE SO POPULAR.....THE SHEEP READ,LISTEN AND FOLLOW....
BUT BESIDES ALL THIS RANTING AND RAVING....I STILL LOVE MY COUNTRY.....AND STAND UP FOR ITS CONCEPTS....AND DEOMCRACY...AND FIGHT WITH ALL MY MIGHT WITH THOSE WHO DO THINGS TO BRING US DOWN.....HAVE A HAPPY 4TH....DRINK A 5TH.....
