Easter Peeps, Will be posting all day Keep CoMING BACK

This is a warning!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i WILL START MAKING bLOG POSTS..BUT IT DOESNT MEAN i AM FINISHED FOR THE DAY...I WILL KEEP COMING BACK UNTIL LATE AT NIGHT, WHEN I REMEMBER THINGS......BECAUSE..I KNOW I WANT TO WRITE THINGS..AND WHEN I SAVE THEM ALL UP.....I FORGET!!! sO A LITTLE AT A TIME.

THIS MORNIGNS ENTRY: I FORGOT TO EAT ANY PEEPS THIS YEAR. THE LITTLE YELLOW OR PINK MARSHMALLOW CHICKENS OR BUNNIES...THE HIGH CALORIE GUILT LADEN MORSELS, THAT ARE ALMOST IMPOERITIVE TO EAT OR, EASTER WILL BE POSTPONES UNTIL YOU DEVOUR SOME. EVERY YEAR FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMEBR I EAT A BOX OF THEM..SOMETIMES, SNOW IS STILL ON THE GROUND, AND ITS A FREINDLY HARBINGER OF SPRING....THAT EASTER WILL BE ON THE WAY. IT SEEMS EACH YEAR, THE STORES PUT THEMOUT EARLIER AND EARLIER....JUST LIKE XMAS TREES START IN AUGUST NOW...(i CAN PUKE)
BUT THIS YEAR I DIDNT EAT ANY. I WAS ON A DIET....(I AM ON A DIET) BUT I WONDER IF I DIDINT REALLY EAT A BOX AND PURPOSELY FORGET.....THE FORGETTING EATING OF THESE CANDIES IS MEDICALLY CALLED "PEEPNESIA" AND CAN ONLY BE CURED BY EATING TWO BOXES IN PUBLIC

ok, I am back.....its late, the news is on....and I am listening with half an ear...
The day proceed well...and we did a little business, which, really was unexpected. also unexpected...was a smiling face, the finally arrived, after being lost in the wilds of political unrest.... not knowing, if i would see this person ever again. My heart had been heavy for a long time, not knowing the status of this person. I was old I would see this person on Tuesday...which, promises have been going on now for a month.....But I was sitting here, typing the early morning blog...when I heard the store bell, and heard unfamilar footsteps...figuring it was a customer schlepping in. I heard a word, a noise...not even sure what i heard, and I stopped typing and looked up to see this person standing there, with a smile from ear to ear....the smile was a 1000 kilowatt smaile and lit up the room and my heart. I am purposely being vague...but the point of this paragraph..is that my very heavy heart, lightened up, and my fears of the worset scenario were alliviated. The closest thing I can compare this story too, is a father who thought his son went to IRAQ, and might never come back...because of the various dangers he might encounter. Well, hopefull, poetically speaking, the war is over!
I guess all of you realize by now, that I do not find it important to correct most of my spelling mistakes...grammar mistakes, run on sentences....Reasons, is that at the hour that I type, I am half asleep, and rarely re-read what I write...so i ask for your forgiveness and hope you do like what you read..and yes, I know I get boring somnetimes...and lately, I know that I havent been very funny.....
I was on Facebook today and realted that I have had an ecumenical pastime of mixing cultural and religous practices..so this year on Easter/PAssover....i colored and paintied matzoe balls, instead of Easter Eggs...so get both holidays in on the cultural exchange.. But I left out the MUSLIMS... I must admit, I am very ignorant of all their holidays, and cultural customs....and food. Kidding aside, I will start learning about them, but until...I will still poke fun....to include them in the food, and artistic... I will add, that next year, we will color and paint their testicles...with painting of easter eggs, and paint the word "shalom" in edible gold paint.

RECIPE OF THE DAY.... INSTANT CHICKEN KORMA

1) BOIL A FEW CHICKEN BREASTS, REMOVE BREASTS COOL AND CHOPPED INTO CUBES..ALWAYS HAVE A FEW BOILED BREASTS OF CHICKEN IN THE FRIDGE AND A JAR OF CHICKEN SOUP/WATER
2) GRATE AN ONION AND PUT IT SOME OF THE CHICKEN SOUP TO COVER. aDD A FEW TABLESPOONS OF GROUND OR PULVERISED IN A MORTAR AND PESTLE ALMONDS 3)PUT INTO THE MICROWAVE FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES, ADDING MORE LIQUID IF TOO DRY
4)MASH WITH A FORK TILL CREAMY, AND ADD AT LEAST ONE TABLESPOON OF CURRY, DASH OF TOBASCO, TABLESPOON OR MORE OF FRESH CILANTRO, SALT TO TASTE, SPRINKLE OF CINNAMON
5) NOW ADD TWO TABLESPOON OF YOURGURT OR SOUR CREAM, AND HEAT FOR ANOTHER MINUTE
6) ADD THE CUBED CHICKEN AND HEAD FOR ANOTHER TWO MINUTES

7)SERVE ON MINUTE RICE(FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ON LABEL)

WHEN I SAY INSTANT CURRY.....CURRY USUALLY TAKES HOURS TO MAKE. IF YOU COOK A LOT AND WANT QUICK MEALS, YOUSHOULD ALWAYS HAVE SOME CHICKEN IN THE FRIDGE PRECOOKED, CHICKENSOUP OR "CHICKEN WATER" THAT YOU COOKED IT IN...KEEP IN JARS...

IF YOU LIKE INDIAN FOOD. yoU SHOULD ALWAYS KEEP SOME GROUND ALMOND AND OTHER SPICES READY TO USE. IF YOU HAD ALL YOUR INGREDIATESNT READY... YOU CAN WHIP THIS DISH TOGETHER IN 5-10 MIN..... RICE IN THE MICROWAVE TAKES 4 MIN.

THIS DISH I MADE TONIGHT....CHICKEN AND SOUP WAS MADE EARLIER IN THE DAY. AND WAS AS GOOD AS ANYTHING THAT TAKES HOURS AND HOURS TO MAKE.

YOU CAN SUBSTITUTE ANY OTHER MEAT OR FISH OR SEAFOOD..IN THIS RECIPE
YOU CAN ELIMINATE TEH ALMONDS, FOR A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT BUT DELICIOUS TASTE
ADDITION OF CUMIN,CORRIANDER,AND OTHER PSICES CAN ALTER THE TASTE NIGHTLY

NOW IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE IT FURTHER...ADD CHUNCKS OF APPLES, RAISINS, DATES
ANOPTHER ONE WOULD BE ADDING PINEAPPLE
ANOTHER COMBO: PEACHES,APRICOT,RIPE BANANA, MANGO(OR MANGO ALONE)

YOU CAN MAKE A GOURMET INDIAN DINNER IN A VERY SHORT TIME..AND AMAZE YOUR FREINDS IF YOU MAKE SOME PREPARATIONS EARLIER... HAVE THE MEATS, SHRIMP ETC PRECOOKED
HAVE THE FRUITS PRECUT UP

GRATE OR CHOP A LARGE CUCUMEBR, SALT...LET SIT A WHILE, DRAIN THE WATER IT GAVE OFF...THEN ADD IT AND GARLIC AND DRY MINT SALT AND PEPPER TO YOUGURT....LET SET..AND MIX BEFORE SERVING...COOLING AND DELICIOUS...

YOU CAN EVEN COOK THE RICE EARLIER,DRAIN..AND THEN REHEAT IN THE MICROWAVE..SPRINKLE A LITTLE WATER BEFORE REHEATING..

COOK UP A HEAD OF CAULIFLOWER(YOU CAN USE THOSE NEW MICROWAVE STEAM BAGS) ALSO THEN STEAM SOME PEELED POTATOES( CUBE THEM BOTH. MAKE A SAUCE AGAIN WITH CURRY,GRATED ONION, AND YOUGURT......SALT, ...LITTLE CORRIANDER...MINT....

YOU CAN COOK UP INDIAN FOOD USING THE MICROWAVE RALLY QUICKLY......AND SO DELISH...
