The New Scopes TRial:Prop 8 Gay AMrriage Trial: Not Covered by the PRESS"Supreme Court said No Coverage,Sace The Whales, send Money

Yes, the Freedom of the Press, the 5th Amendment was squashed by our Own Supreme Court COURT.. censorship made legal....WHY.... what are they afraid of?????Are they afraid that ever man...will run out and marry a man, and every woman will run out and marry a women....How fucking rediculous. You can now really see the chain that RELIGION has put around the necks of all Americans.
Below, is an article from lawyers involved with that case, to show what is gong on.. You wont see it on TV, are probably not in the newspapers or magazine..GOD FORBID!!!

Yes, that's essentially what Prop 8's lead attorney Charles Cooper claimed yesterday to Judge Vaughn Walker during yesterday's closing arguments in Perry v. Schwarzenegger -- the federal Prop 8 trial:

"The marital relationship is fundamental to the existence and survival of the race. Without the marital relationship, your honor, society would come to an end."

Unbelievable. Fortunately, Ted Olson, the legendary conservative attorney leading the case to overturn Prop 8, delivered an absolutely brilliant closing argument simultaneously destroying Cooper's case and moving many to tears.

As Ted Olson said yesterday, "if there was ever a trial in the history of our country that the American people should have seen, it was this one." That's why we need your help to get the truth out ASAP about the closing arguments in this historic trial through our Prop 8 Trial Tracker and "Testimony: Equality on Trial" campaign. Will you contribute $25, $50, $100 or more before Friday's 11:59 p.m. deadline?:

Dear maury --

When I graduated from high school in East Tennessee more than three decades ago, I knew a few things for sure. One was that I cared deeply about social justice. Another was that I was a homosexual -- and desperately did not want to be.

More than 30 years later, I am live-blogging the closing arguments of the historic Prop 8 federal trial today from a courtroom in San Francisco -- a city that I had once been afraid to visit for fear that people might think I was gay.

I'm one of the lucky ones. Unfortunately, many people still grappling with the ghosts and demons of self-loathing will not be able to see the trial for themselves. That's why -- when the U.S. Supreme Court banned cameras from the courtroom in January -- the Courage Campaign immediately launched into live coverage, blogging and analyzing every day of the trial for weeks.

More than 2 million views and 32,000 comments posted later, our Prop 8 Trial Tracker blog is relaunching today as a part of "Testimony: Equality on Trial" -- our year-long campaign to bring the Prop 8 trial into the lives of Americans.

I'm live-blogging the Prop 8 trial today because I know from personal experience that the testimony in this trial can literally change lives -- and transform America. With cameras once again being banned from the courtroom, we urgently need your support to relaunch the Prop 8 Trial Tracker. Will you contribute $25, $50, $100 or more today to help us keep it going? DEADLINE: Friday, 11:59 p.m.:

We need to make the Prop 8 trial a part of America's heritage. The arguments being made by attorneys Ted Olson, David Boies and their colleagues at the American Foundation for Equal Rights are as foundational to our freedoms as the speeches of Abraham Lincoln and Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

That's why we launched Testimony: Equality on Trial, to enable Americans to reenact the trial and, soon, give their own personal testimony. Based on what I have witnessed and the reactions to our Prop 8 Trial Tracker, we knew that we had to create a long-term public engagement and education effort to get the story of this trial out to the American people.

Wednesday's closing arguments will again demonstrate the case for equality -- and the real reasons behind the opposition to equality. But it is just the start of what will be a long journey to the U.S. Supreme Court, where this case and our rights will ultimately be decided.

That's why we need your support urgently. Will you help us relaunch the Prop 8 Trial Tracker as a part of "Testimony: Equality on Trial" today? Please contribute $25, $50, $100 or more right now so we can bring this trial to the American people. DEADLINE: Friday, 11:59 p.m.:

Thank you for helping us tell the story of this trial so that we can shine a light on the bigotry that brought us to this point in our nation's history. We really can't do it without you.

DAVE THE WHALE,S DOLPHINS,WOLVES,MANATEES, FORESTS......ETC(I HAVE AN IDEA)
i AM FOR SAVING ALL OF THEM...I GET EMAILS FROM SO MANY ORGANIZATIONS....ADD TO THE LIST, SAVE THE LIONS, POLAR BEARS, SAVE THE PLANET....SAVE OUR 5TH AMENDMENT RIGHTS,.....AND 1000'S OF LEGITAMATE OTHER ORGANIZATION....WANT US TO IMMEDIATELY SEND MONEY FOR THEIR CAUSE
THEN, I GET NOTICES FROM EVERY DISEASE...ORGANIZATION,,,,,TO SEND MONEY FOR RESEARCH...AND THE CANCER AND DIA BETES ORGANIZATIONS HAVE SO MANY DIFFERENT ONES, ITS HARD TO KNOW IF THEY ARE REAL, AND THEN ITS SAD TO NOTE, THAT 90 PERCENT OF THE MONEY GOES TO ADMINISTRTION COSTS...
THEN THERE IS SAVE THE BOYS SCOUTS, THE GIRL SCOUTS, AND OTHER ORGANZIATIONS THAT I DOUBT ARE REAL. THEN THERE ARE OTHERS THAT DONT EVEN SOUNT REAL, OFTEN THEY INCLUDE THINGS LIKE THE LADIES AUXILLARY OF STATE SUPERINTENDANTS IN EDUCATION, OTHERS WITH "STATE POLICE IN IT" BUT THESE USUALLY CALL ON THE PHONE BEGGING FOR MONEY.....USUALLY WITH AN ADVERTISING PLOY......AND VARIOUS OTHER ONES ON THE RADIO LIKE "LI cHIAM soCIETY: THAT YOU DONATE YOUR CAR OR BOAT...I LOOKED THEM UP AND CANT FIND ANYTHING THEY REALLY DO BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY,......AND OTHERS THAT EMPLY THE USE OF CHILDREN IN THEIR NAME.....(ALL OF THOSE WANT YOUR CARS)

THERE ARE SO MANY OF THESE ORGANIZATIONS..THAT I WANT TO AD JUST ONE MORE:

SAVE THE ANTIQUE DEALER ASSOCIATION....OR SAVE THE MAURY LUBMAN ASSOCIATION....WHY NOT....ITS A GOOD CAUSE. i CAN USE A NEW VAN, TO SCHLEP MY ANTIQUES IN....AND PAY BILLS....I REALLY CAN USE A HUNDRED THOUSAND TO CATCH UP...
BUT THE IDEA THAT I REALLY HAVE IS THIS......STOP ALL FUCKING WARS....USE THE MONEY THAT THEY GIVE TO THE MILITARY....AND ALL WEAPONS, AND THE BUDGET FOR THE MILITARY......GIVE THE MONEY TO ALL OF THESE ORGANIZATION (NOT ME...I WILL FEND FOR MYSELF) THEN WE CAN SAVE ALL THE ANIMALS, THE TREES, THE ENVIROMNET, SURE ALL DISEASES, FEED ALL THE HUNGARY, CLOTHE THE NAKED, HOUSE THE HOMELESS, DO RESEARCH ON A BETTER ENERGY SUPPLY, CLEAN THE POLLUTED WATERS......AND EVEN MAKE THIS A MORE BEAUTIFUL PLANET.....
BUT WAR IS INEVITABLE.....IT IS IN OUR DNA ISNT IT? AND WAR IS GOOD FOR BUSINESS..ISNT IT.....ALL THE HUGE COMPANIES LIKE DICK CHENEYS HALLEBURTON MAKE BILLIONS AND TRILLIONS (LONG TERM) AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE..ONLY THEMSELVES AND$$$$$$$$$$$ IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THAT WAY SINCE CIVILAZAtion began....The leaders send the common folk to fight their wars...although in Ancient times, some of the leaders were warriors, like ALEXANDER the GREAT..who did die in battle....he was stong, brave, legendary....and by the way...he conquered the world....and also was "gay"
YOu see logic on Planet earth doesnt work. What is really right and righteous are facts that people do not want to listen to. Business and wealth and greed come first. The "I" always comes before the "we" Then the same people who do all the wrong things, create religion(and fantasy) to hide behind..
Human nature....is not what we want it to be. Nothing to be proud of.. BUt thankfully, I do know, so many great people that surround me. Friends and Employees and family, that do not fit into the catagory of the masses. They think in terms of the "WE" before the "I" and that is why I am so blessed.
